Over the last decade I have gained extensive expertise inapplying bioinformatics and systems biology to understand human health and disease. I have co-authored >30 peer reviewed articles which have received >5,000 citations including top journals such as Science, Gut, and Cell Host & Microbe. Additionally I have been an investigator on over AUD $2M of research funding from multiple public and private sources including governmental agencies, charities and pharmaceutical companies.
